
Amerks Recall Allan McPherson from Elmira

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today that the team has recalled forward Allan McPherson from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.
McPherson, 24, has recorded 18 points (9+9) and 10 penalty minutes in 18 games this season with Elmira. He has also appeared in eight games with the Amerks this year. Last season as a rookie, McPherson recorded eight points (3+5) and four penalty minutes in 44 AHL games with the Amerks, as well as 23 points (8+15) and 18 penalty minutes in 24 ECHL games with Elmira. Prior to his professional career, 5-foot-10, 180-pound native of Kinburn, Ontario, played four seasons at Clarkson University.
