Allen, Texas- The Allen Americans and the Central Hockey League announced today that the Americans will open the post-season at home on Wednesday, April 2nd at 7:05 pm against the Brampton Beast, in Round 1 of the CHL Playoffs.
The Americans locked up the third overall seed on Friday night when Brampton, beat Rapid City. The Americans and Beast split the season series with each club winning three games, and each winning one at the others home rink.
