American Hockey League Announces Suspension

January 18, 2016 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release


SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Bakersfield Condors center Jujhar Khaira has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of a kneeing incident in a game vs. Texas on Jan. 15.

Khaira was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Bakersfield's games today (Jan. 18) at San Jose and Friday (Jan. 22) at San Antonio.
