Alumni Update: Blake Dangos
March 1, 2023 - United States Hockey League (USHL)
Madison Capitols News Release
This week's alumni update focuses on former Capitols defensemen Blake Dangos. Dangos skated with the Capitols during the historic 2021-22 season when the team went to the franchise's first Clark Cup Final. He now currently laces them up for Arizona State University.
To spend one season playing at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena, he picked a good one. Dangos played in all but three regular season games for Madison during his one season with the team. During those 59 regular season games, Dangos was able to score two goals while recording 21 assists. More importantly, Dangos dressed in every Caps game en route to the Clark Cup Final last season.
Following his time with Madison, Dangos has made his way to Arizona State University where he plays with the Sun Devils. He has played in 20 games with ASU in the team's first season at Mullett Arena. The St. Louis, Missouri, native recorded his first collegiate point on November 11th at home against Alaska-Anchorage.
