Montreal, February 16, 2012 - The Montreal Alouettes announced on Thursday the signing of import linebacker Rod Davis to a two-year contract.
Davis (6'2'', 240 lbs.), who became a free agent on Wednesday, led the Eskimos with 79 tackles last season despite having played in only 14 games. The 30-year-old linebacker also racked up five quarterback sacks. The University of Southern Mississippi product played his first three CFL seasons in Edmonton.
