Montreal, May 11, 2012 - Montreal, May 11, 2012 - The Montreal Alouettes announced on Thursday the signing of receiver T.J. Green, cornerback Vance Cuff, defensive back Travis Williams as well as non-import quarterback Kyle Graves.

Williams (5'10'', 186 lbs.) wrapped up a championship season with the Arena Football League's Spokane Shock in 2010 after appearing in 14 regular season games, racking up 75.5 tackles, 21 knockdowns and six interceptions. Last season, the 27-year old played with the B.C. Lions where he made 10 defensive tackles in two games. The former University of East Carolina standout signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2008.

Green (6'4'', 215 lbs.) played his college football at Robert Morris University with the Colonials averaging an impressive 18.4 yards per reception during his four-year career. His longest touchdown of the 2011 season came on a 65-yard catch and run, the first of his three majors on the year. The 23-year old from Stamford, CT played in 26 career games for the Colonials, recording 51 catches for 938 yards and five scores.

Cuff (5'11'', 177 lbs.) was invited to participate in the 2011 NFL scouting combine following successful four year tenure with the Georgia Bulldogs. The 23-year old appeared in 33 games and recorded 61 tackles in the SEC Eastern Division. The Moultrie, GA native notched a career-high eight tackles versus Kentucky in 2009 and was named one of team's Most Improved Players on defence the following year.

Graves (6'3'', 220 lbs.) threw for 1,856 passing yards for the Acadia Axemen in 2011, eclipsing the 300-yard plateau on three separate occasions. The 23-year old is eligible to return with the Axemen this fall.

The Alouettes also announced the release of non-import defensive back Jeff Hecht and non-import fullback Michael Giffin. Hecht was pressed into duty in Montreal's first game in 2011 and ended up playing 17 games.
