Hartford Athletic announced that Defender Alex Davey has been transferred to Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Davey joined Hartford in July of 2019 from Dagenham and Redbridge FC. He made 16 appearances for the club, 14 of them starts. Despite only appearing in 13 matches last season, Davey was second on the club in clearances (56) and blocks (11). This season, he appeared in 3 matches, registering 20 clearances, 3 blocks, and 5 interceptions while also being the 7th most accurate long passer on the squad.
