Albany FireWolves Agree to Terms with Another Thomson

The Albany FireWolves of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), today announce that the team has agreed to a two-year deal with transition player Keaton Thomson.

Thomson joins his brother Tanner on the roster, who spent his first two years in the NLL with the FireWolves. Thomson spent the 2021-22 season on the Halifax Thunderbirds' Practice Player List and was re-signed for a one-year deal ahead of last season. Prior to the NLL, Thomson split his junior career with the Mimico Mountaineers and the Mississauga Tomahawks. In 90 games in Jr. A, he compiled 62 total points on 18 goals and 44 assists. Like his brother, Keaton attended Marquette University where he played 12 games as an attackman.
