LOOKING AHEAD:
Manchester can all but wrap up its first division title with a win in Hartford on Wednesday night, but a Wolf Pack victory would take the Atlantic Division race down to the wire... The teams are a combined 97-41-7-7 this season, and each is over the 100-point mark... Hartford has a league-best 29 home wins on the year... Former Wolf Pack forward Brad Smyth has netted a goal in six straight games for the Monarchs, and Mike Cammalleri is one game shy of his fourth separate 10-game scoring streak of the year... Alexandre Giroux has a point in seven straight for Hartford... Jason LaBarbera is 4-0-1 with a 1.72 GAA against Manchester this season.

Hamilton needs a single point to wrap up the final playoff spot in the North Division; Syracuse needs to win its final four games and get some help... The clubs tangle at Copps Coliseum on Wednesday night... Since Mar. 13, when two points separated the bottom four teams in the North, Hamilton has gone on a 10-2-1-1 tear, and the Bulldogs are 15-3-1-0 in their last 19 in-division games... Steve Begin, the MVP of the 2001 Calder Cup Playoffs, has scored 10 goals in 20 games since joining Hamilton in late February... Mark Hartigan, out since Apr. 1 with appendicitis, has 22 points (14g, 8a) in his last 14 games for Syracuse... Nathan Robinson has recorded a point in 12 of his 15 outings with the Crunch (4g, 12a).
