
AHL Announces Suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Albany River Rats left wing Nicolas Blanchard has been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions in a game vs. Norfolk on Oct. 14.
Blanchard was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 29.1 (supplementary discipline).
Blanchard will miss Albany's game Saturday (Oct. 17) at Adirondack.
