
Admirals beat Ducks in OT to even series 2-2

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Jay Henderson scored 12:21 into overtime to lift the Milwaukee Admirals to a 4-3 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks Monday at Cincinnati Gardens, evening their best-of-seven West Division semifinal series at two games apiece.
Henderson took a feed from Mike Farrell and beat Ducks' goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov with a slapshot from just inside the Cincinnati blueline for his first goal of the playoffs.
Tony Hrkac supplied a goal and an assist for the Admirals, who scored on two of their four power-play chances.
Wade Flaherty stopped 23 shots, including five in overtime, for the win.
Stanislav Chistov netted his league-high fifth goal of the playoffs to tie the score at 3-3 early in the third period for Cincinnati, which failed to connect on any of its five power-play opportunties.
Bryzgalov, who recorded a 22-save shutout April 24 against Milwaukee, stopped 29 shots in defeat.
The Ducks will host the Admirals in Game Five of the series Wednesday at 7:35 p.m. at Cincinnati Gardens.
