Norfolk Admirals News Release

NORFOLK, VA – Today, the Norfolk Admirals announced a time change for their game on Saturday, November 20 against San Antonio (Florida). The game has been rescheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. due to Norfolk's Grand Illumination Parade later that evening.

"We're making this change to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend the Grand Illumination Parade," said Admirals' Executive Vice President Blake Cullen. "We hope that the earlier start will make it easier for our fans to find parking and give them the opportunity to watch the parade after the game."

"This will have a big impact on the ease of ingress and egress in the downtown area that day," said Linda Davis, Norfolk's Parking Administrator, of the time change. "Plus, it allows Admirals fans to go and celebrate the Admirals in the afternoon and then celebrate the start of the holiday season that evening with the parade."

Additionally, Davis stated that fans could take advantage of the City's $1.00 Early Bird parking fee in effect at all City parking facilities, including Scope, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. that day.

Individual game tickets are on sale now and may be purchased at the Scope Box Office, all TicketMaster outlets, charge-by-phone at (757) 671-8100 and online at www.ticketmaster.com.

2004-2005 season tickets and group ticket information are available through the Admirals' office at Scope, 201 East Brambleton Avenue in Norfolk. For more information, contact the Admirals at (757) 640-1212 or visit norfolkadmirals.com.
