Missoula PaddleHeads News Release
Billings MT- After an hour long rain delay on Friday night, action between the Missoula PaddleHeads, and Billings Mustangs would roll on without a hitch the rest of the way as Missoula would even the series behind a 5-1 victory. Adverse weather conditions have played an impact on this series all week long with Tuesday's game being the only game to begin at its scheduled time. As the evening progressed in the Magic City, it would become clear that Friday would be no different.
More rain, and adverse weather would roll into the Billings area Friday evening sending both teams into the clubhouse about 2 hours prior to gametime. Despite the ground crew's best efforts, it was deemed that the rain had made the field unplayable. As a result, action on Saturday night was postponed. This means for the second time this week, Missoula will play in a double-header Sunday opposite Billings to wrap up the series.
