
Aces Sign Six-Year Veteran Center Kiah Stokes

Las Vegas - Las Vegas Aces General Manager Dan Padover announced today that the team signed six-year veteran center Kiah Stokes to a rest-of-season contract.
Through nine games with the New York Liberty in 2021, Stokes averaged 1.2 points and 4.2 rebounds over 15.0 minutes per game. The Liberty waived her on June 30 of this year.
A six-year veteran, Stokes is New York's franchise leader in blocked shots (195). Over her career 156 games in New York, 44 of which she started, the 6-3 center averaged 5.0 points, 6.1 boards, 1.3 blocks, and 21.4 minutes per game.
An alumna of the University of Connecticut, Stokes was the Liberty's No. 11 overall selection in the 2015 WNBA Draft, and went on to garner WNBA All-Rookie Team honors that year.
