Palmetto, FL - Las Vegas had five players score in double figures Wednesday evening, led by A'ja Wilson's 21-point, 11-rebound double-double, as the Aces evened their record at 1-1 with a, 100-70, victory over the "visiting" Atlanta Dream.

KEY RUNS

First Quarter (Las Vegas 23, Atlanta 21)

Leading 6-4, Las Vegas scored 10 of the next 12 points to go up by 10, 16-6. Atlanta closed the advantage to two by the end of the period.

Second Quarter (Las Vegas 47, Atlanta 35)

Las Vegas led 30-27 with 6:41 remaining in the quarter and scored 10 straight points over the next 2:59 of play to push their advantage to 13, 40-27.

Third Quarter (Las Vegas 77, Atlanta 54)

Las Vegas opened the third on a 21-7 run to expand its lead to 26, 68-42.

Fourth Quarter (Las Vegas 100, Atlanta 70)

An 8-0 Aces run extended an 88-66 lead to 30, 96-66.

Las Vegas made 53.5 percent of its shots from the field compared to 40.0 percent for the Dream

The Aces outrebounded the Dream 47-25.

The Aces went 18 for 26 from the free throw line while the Dream went 9 for 14.

Atlanta made 5 of 28 shots from three-point range, while the Aces went 6 for 9.

GAME NOTES

Las Vegas' 30-point margin of victory was its largest since a 32-point win over Dallas on July 30, 2019.

A'ja Wilson scored in double figures for the 58th time in her career, and 20 or more points for the 27th time (21 points).

A'ja Wilson recorded her second straight double-double, and the 15th of her career with 21 points and 11 rebounds.

Angel McCoughtry scored in double figures for the 262nd time in her career (12 points).

Kayla McBride scored in double figures for the first time this season after going scoreless in the season opener (14 points)

Kayla McBride made two three-pointers, and now has 300 for her career.

Dearica Hamby scored in double figures for the second time this season and the 65th time in her career, and 20 or more points for the fifth in her career (20 points).

After going 0 for 5 from three-point range in the team's first game of the season, the Aces went 6 for 9 against the Dream.
