A Look Ahead: Kick off Easter Weekend with a Pre-Game Tailgate Followed by Game 5 this Friday

With the Generals leading the series 2-1, the boys will be back at home this Friday Apr. 3 at 7:35p.m. for game five against the Peterborough Petes, presented by Minacs. After taking a 2-0 series lead with a 7-2 win on Friday Mar. 27 and a 2-1 win on Sunday Mar. 29, the Petes snagged their first win of the series at home on Tuesday, Mar. 31. Friday marks the third playoff game at home for the Generals and the Rock the Red campaign, which encourages fans to wear red on game days to support the boys.
Friday's matchup is going to be another one for the books with lots planned. We'll kick off the evening with our Ontario Motor Sales pre-game tailgate party held out front of the GM Centre, beginning at 5:30p.m. The tailgate will feature music by 94.9 The Rock, and an army tank from the Ontario Regiment Museum, which will be on display for fans to check out. Deke will attend the tailgate as always, and kids can enjoy some face-painting and even create their own Gens sign at our sign station. There will be burgers and hot dogs for purchase and the Ontario Motor Sales Chevy "Coolerado" will also be on site and full of beer and drinks. Kick off Easter weekend the right way - with family, friends and some Generals Playoff hockey!
