Kane County Cougars News Release
GENEVA, IL - The Kane County Cougars, in conjunction with the Oakland Athletics, have announced that pitcher A.J. Huttenlocker has been activated while pitcher Ryan Quigley has been assigned to the A's extended spring training complex in Arizona. The current move keeps the team's active roster at 24 players. The Cougars conclude their series in Wisconsin against the Beloit Snappers this evening at 6:30 p.m.
Huttenlocker (44th Rd, 2009) was placed on the disabled list on April 30 with a left shoulder injury that took place on April 24. In six relief appearances, Huttenlocker is 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA.
Quigley (22nd Rd, 2009) was received by the Cougars on April 12 from extended spring training, and pitched in 11 games - all relief appearances.
