KEIZER, OR - The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, have released their promotional schedule for the 2010 season, and fans will be very excited. With a lineup of new and fan-favorite promotions, the Volcanoes continue to provide affordable, wholesome family entertainment for everyone in the WillametteValley.

The season begin with a pre-season game versus the College All Stars on Thursday, June 17th at Volcanoes Stadium - Game time 6:35pm, Gates Open 5:30pm. It will be Keizer Community Appreciation Night sponsored by Sherwin-Williams Paint. Keizer residents may pick up a voucher, at Sherwin-Williams Paint on River Road in Keizer, and receive an outfield seat for just $5.00 for this game, a savings $3.00 off normal day of game admission! The game will also feature our first of six $1.00Thursday Nights where selected adult beverages are just $1.00 during the game in the Stadium's Lava Lodge Sports Pub.

EVERYONE LOVES FIREWORKS -- the Volcanoes will offer an extra "bang for your buck" on Opening Night, Friday, June18th at Volcanoes Stadium, with an extensive post-game Fireworks Show, sponsored by PT Northwest, as the Volcanoes open the 2010 Northwest League season with a three game series against the Everett AquaSox, Class A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. Pre-game ceremonies will include the Raising of the 2009Northwest League Championship Flag; the Volcanoes 5th Championship in 13 years. Game time 7:05pm, Gates Open 5:30pm.

Saturday, June 19th, is Youth Baseball/Softball Night. Game time 7:05pm, Gates Open 6:00pm. The first 500 kids, 12 and under thru the gate, will receive a FREE baseball, and all youth players will be able to go on the field, prior to the game, to meet the 2010 Volcanoes (must arrive by 6:30pm to meet the players). It's also our first of six Saturday Prize Wheel Nights where you spin to win a great prize. Have fun spinning the Prize Wheel. Other Saturday Night Prize WheelNights are June 26, July 17, July 31, August 14, and September 4.

On Sunday, June 20th, it is Father's Day at Volcanoes Stadium sponsored by Home InsteadSenior Care, and DAD is going to be treated very well. A Father's Day Breakfast will be served from 9:00 am to noon in the Stadium's Lava Lodge Sports Pub, it is just $6.00 for adults, and $4.00 for kids. DAD, and his children will have the opportunity to enjoy various free interactive games, including the chance to go on-the-field to play catch! Bring DAD back to the game against the Everett AquaSox beginning at 5:05pm - Gates will reopen at 4:00pm. After the game, and after every Sunday home game during the season, kids will get to Run the Bases compliments of American Family Insurance. Treat DAD extra special by sending his picture to the Volcanoes at probasebal@aol.com (yes, one "L" in baseball), and his picture will appear on the giant jumbotron video board in rightfield, during breakfast and during the game.

Come to either, or both, of these great Father's Day events at Volcanoes Stadium.

And fans, something NEW for our Seniors this year - Senior Sunday's where Seniors may purchase a Hot Dog and Soda OR a Hamburger and Soda for just $1.00. Besides Father's Day, the Senior Sunday $1.00 MealDeal will occur on June 27th, August 1st and 15th and September5th.

The Volcanoes second home stand kicks off on Saturday, June 26th, Game Time 7:05pm, Gates Open 6:00pm. The Tri-City Dust Devils, Class A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, will be in town and it will be Awesome 3000 Night. All youths wearing their 2010 Awesome 3000t-shirt will be admitted FREE and will be invited to meet the Volcanoes players on-the-field prior to the game (must arrive by 6:30pm to meet the players). It is also our 2ndSaturday PrizeWheel Night where you have a chance to win great prizes spinning the Volcanoes Prize Wheel.

Sunday, June 27th, Game Time 5:05pm, Gates Open 4:00pm. It will be another Senior Sunday with special $1.00 Senior Meal Deals!Seniors may purchase a Hot Dog and Soda OR a Hamburger and Soda for just $1.00, and Kids will get to Run the Bases after the game compliments of American Family Insurance.

Kid's Night - Monday, June 28th, Game Time 6:35pm, Gates Open 5:30pm. It is the first of our three Monday home games for 2010, and it is Kid's Night at Volcanoes Stadium. We will have military vehicles, reenactment organizations from the Civil War, WWII Heroes including 104-year old Lt. Jim Lindquist, Vietnam and Korean War Heroes, men and women who have just returned from Iraq, howitzers, and a spectacular post-game Fireworks Show sponsored by Les Schwab. Gates open at 5:15, for a pre-game concert by the 204th Army Band beginning at 5:40, pre-game ceremonies will begin at 6:30, and the game with the Vancouver Canadians is slated for 7:15pm. After the game there will be a fantastic Fireworks Show sponsored byCarl's Jr. See Marion County Sheriff Jason Myers arrive by helicopter, plus police, fire and safety vehicles, AND the Volcanoes will be wearing their NEW Striking Out Meth in Marion County Game Jersey !

Saturday, July 17th, Game Time 7:05pm, Gates Open 6:00pm. Sherwin-Williams of Keizer will be on the concourse with an opportunity to win some great paint specials as the Volcanoes conclude their five game series with the Boise Hawks. It will also be Saturday PrizeWheel Night, where you have a chance to win great prizes by spinning the Volcanoes Prize Wheel.

It will also be Salem Community Appreciation Night. Friday, July 23rd, Game Time 7:05pm, Gates Open 6:00pm. It will be Marion County Employee Night. We'll have the opportunity to thank many CountyEmployees for their hard work and dedication to making MarionCounty the best county in Oregon. After the game, Blue Diamond is going to bring us another fantastic post-game Fireworks Show. You won't want to miss this night as Blue Diamond may have some goodies for you to take home too! And this is the last time to see the Everett AquaSox, Class A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, at home during the regular season.

Wednesday, July 28th, is our annual Faith and Family Night, and our new, exciting $1.00 Family Feast Night. Begin the evening with temporary Christian singer, Paul Shinn, performing a pre-game concert on the Entertainment Deck. Bring your Church group for an evening of socializing, fellowship and just plain fun watching the Volcanoes battle the Yakima Bears, Class A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Friday, July 30th, we celebrate Wilsonville Community Appreciation Night, sponsored by Kraven's Pub & Grill and The Family Fun Center featuring Bullwinkle's. Game Time 7:05pm, Gates Open 6:00pm. Wilsonville residents may pick up a voucher at Kraven's or The Family Fun Center, and receive an outfield seat for just $5.00 for this game, a savings $3.00 off normal day of game admission! It is alsoHometown Heroes Night where we honor and thank our police officers, fire fighters, ambulance drivers and other public safety personnel. There will be action galore as we will have police cars, fire trucks, Swat Team vehicles, K9 demonstrations, and more. You can also receive a pedicure, manicure, learn line dancing, be treated to some great snacks, pictures with a Volcanoes player, and more. The Volcanoes play their in-state rival, the Eugene Emeralds, and we cap off the evening with an exciting Fireworks Show courtesy of Hematology Oncology of Salem.

Saturday, August 14th, Cancer Awareness Weekend continues as we honor and celebrate with cancer survivors. Game Time 5:05pm, Gates Open 4:00pm. After the game with the Spokane Indians, Class A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, an outstanding rock and roll group, Liquid Assets, will thrill you with a post-game concert you won't want to miss.

Sunday, August 15th, Cancer Awareness Weekend Game Time 5:05pm, Gates Open 4:00pm. We will honor and celebrate cancer survivors on-the-field as survivors will be invited to meet the Volcanoes Players (must arrive by 4:30pm), be involved in pre-game ceremonies, receive special gifts AND meet 2002 Miss America, Katie Harman. Katie Harman will meet survivors and sing the National Anthem, GOD Bless America, and sign autographs. A chance to personally meet and speak with Katie, an Oregonian, and 2002 Miss America. Dr's. Bud and Selma Pierce of Hematology Oncology of Salem presents the entire Cancer Awareness Weekend and Katie Harman's appearance is sponsored by Dr. Chuck Petrunin.

Monday, August 16th, Kid's Night and the American Red Cross Blood Mobile brought to you byBi-Mart. Game Time 6:35pm, Gates Open 5:30pm.
