
67's Trade Bitten to Sarnia for Draft Picks

OTTAWA - The Ottawa 67's announced on Wednesday that they have traded forward Sam Bitten to the Sarnia Sting.
In exchange, Ottawa has received North Bay's 2020 fifth-round pick, as well as Sudbury's 2021 third-round pick.
Appearing in 150 games over the course three seasons with the Barber Poles, Bitten collected 22 goals and 37 assists for 59 points playing for his hometown team.
"We thank Sam for his effort during his time in Ottawa and wish him well in his future hockey endeavors," said 67's General Manager James Boyd.

67's training camp will be opening on August 26th, while the regular season home opener will be taking place on Sunday, September 29th when the Barber Poles take on the Peterborough Petes at 2:00pm inside The Arena at TD Place.
