OTTAWA - OHL hockey is set to make its return to The Arena at TD Place for the 2021-2022 season, starting with a visit from the rival Kingston Frontenacs on October 10 at 2 p.m.

The 2 p.m. Sunday matinee will be the first 67's action on home ice since the 2019-2020 playoffs when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the remainder of the post-season and the entire 2020-2021 campaign.

"It's been too long since our team has been able to hit the ice for a game at TD Place," said 67's General Manager James Boyd. "We can't wait to get the season started and what better to do it than against a great rival like Kingston."

The full 67's and league-wide OHL schedule will be released on Tuesday.
