Moncton Wildcats News Release
The Moncton Wildcats scored four power play goals in the first period, on their way to a 6-3 victory over the Drummondville Voltigeurs on Saturday afternoon.
It was 4-1 for the Cats at the end of the first, 4-3 after the second and two goals in the last 65 seconds insured Moncton's 9th straight win.
Nic Deschamps had a pair, Brandon Gormley, David Savard, Alex Wall, and Kelsey Tessier were the goals scorers for the Cats. Lefebvre, Palat and Dumont scored for Drummondville, who out shot Moncton 26-20.
The Wildcats wrap-up their three game road trip in Quebec tomorrow afternoon at 5 Atlantic Time. Follow the action on News 91.9 and the Telus website.
