Huntsville continues to shake up roster

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach John Gibson continues to shake up the roster as training camp comes to an end.

Gibson released forward Mark Black, defenseman Brandon Cordua and goalie Joel Cameron today and defensemen Ryan Brown, Jamie Garrington and Jon Lunsbury along with goalie Corey Wogtech joined camp today.

Brown (6-0, 200) signed with the Havoc earlier but went to camp in the Central Hockey League with the Laredo Bucks. He played college hockey at the University of Alabama-Huntsville.

Garrington (6-2, 180) was released from the Amarillo Gorillas of the CHL. He played junior hockey with Trenton of the Ontario Provencal Junior Hockey League last season.

Lounsbury (5-10, 175) was released by the Fort Worth Brahmas of the CHL.

Wogtech (6-1, 180) was released by Missouri River Otters of the United Hockey League.

Training camp will officially end tomorrow afternoon at 4:00 CDT when an 18-man roster must be turned into the league office.
