Drive Enters into Two Separate Trade Deals

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. FEB 26 - The Grand Rapids Drive announced today that the team has entered into two separate trade deals, one with the Iowa Energy and another with the Idaho Stampede.
The first trade, Drive acquired Iowa Energy's Diante Garrett in-exchange for Willie Reed. Garrett is a 6'5, 181 pound Guard out of Iowa State and averaged 14.7 ppg. 4.8 rpg, and 4.5 spg during his stint with the Energy. While with the Grand Rapids Drive, he will wear number 17.
The second trade, Drive acquired Idaho Stampede's, Kevin Murphy in-exchange for Brandon Fields. Trade with Kevin is pending a physical. Murphy a 6'5, 185 pound Guard from Tennessee Tech. While with the Idaho Stampede, Murphy averaged 22.6 ppg, 4.4 rpg, and 4 apg. He will wear number 19 for the Grand Rapids Drive.
Tomorrow, Fri. Feb. 27 th, the Grand Rapids Drive goes head-to-head against the Delaware 87ers. Match up tips off at 7 PM at the DeltaPlex Arena.
