GREAT FALLS, MONT. - The Ogden Raptors lost their fifth straight game, losing 5-4 to the Great Falls Voyagers Wednesday night at Centene Stadium.

The Raptors held a 4-3 lead entering the bottom of the ninth inning, but Raptors closer Jacob Rhame blew just his second save of the season. Zach Voight was hit by a pitch to start the inning. After Jairo Kelly came in as a pinch hitter, Danny Hayes drew a walk. Zac Fisher then tried to lay down a sacrifice bunt. Raptors first baseman Justin Chigbogu dove for the ball to try to start a double play, but the bunt fell for a base hit and loaded the bases. Trey Wimmer then drew a walk to force home the tying run. Justin Jirschele ended the game with a single to center, giving the Voyagers a 5-4 win.

The loss ruined a quality start from Francisco Villa. The Raptors' right-hander allowed just two runs, one earned, on six hits with four strikeouts.

Joey Curletta had a good game at the plate for Ogden. The right fielder hit the Raptors' only extra-base hit with a double and drove in two runs as part of a two-hit performance.

The Raptors and Voyagers continue their three-game series Thursday. Victor Araujo will take the mound for Ogden against Jose Brito. Game starts at 7:00 and can be heard on 97.5 The Zone.
