
Esks Release Annual Financial Results

Edmonton Elks News Release
(Edmonton) - At today's Annual General Meeting, the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announced a consolidated net profit of $207,060 for the year ended Dec.31, 2012.
In addition, shareholders elected three new members to the Edmonton Eskimo Board of Directors. Joining the board is Janice Agrios, Q.C., Partner at Kennedy Agrios LLP, Douglas Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone Holdings Ltd., and Marshall Sadd, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Lloyd Sadd Group. Each will serve a three-year term.
The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club thanks Allan Sawin, Diane Brickner and Harold Roozen who have concluded their terms on the board. The Eskimo Board of Directors elected Bruce Bentley as chairman, John Moquin as treasurer and Chris Bruce as secretary.
