D.C. United Announces Ticketing Information for Opening Night against Real Salt Lake

Washington, D.C. (January 14, 2013) - Following last week's announcement of the 2013 Major League Soccer schedule, D.C. United announced its ticketing timeline for opening night against Real Salt Lake on Saturday, March 9 at 7:00 p.m. as well as a special "Home Opener Package."

Tickets for the March 9th home opener against Real Salt Lake will go on sale to the public on Saturday, January 19 while ticket-plan holders will enjoy exclusive pre-sale opportunities to purchase additional tickets to the match. Full-season ticket holders can begin purchasing additional tickets on Monday, January 14. Fans with half-season plans can begin purchasing on Thursday, January 17, and fans with the 4-Match Plan can begin purchasing on Friday, January 18.

The Home Opener Package consists of four sideline tickets and four winter hats, and is priced at $92, a $48 savings from regular match-day pricing. The Home Opener Package can be purchased through www.dcunited.com/tickets or by calling 202-587-5000, and is subject to availability.

For groups of 15 or more, season ticket holders may call D.C. United's front office at 202-587-5000 for further discounts.
