VANCOUVER, B.C. - The Saskatoon Blades scored 3 goals in 4 minutes late in the 3rd period en route to a 5-2 win over Vancouver.
It was 2 all until Nick Zajac beat Vancouver's Tyler Fuhr with a slapshot from the top of the circle, which opened the floodgates for the Blades.
Trevor Cheek and Anthony Ast scored for the Giants.
Matej (mah-tay) Stransky had two for Saskatoon.
The Blades outshot Vancouver 15-4 in the decisive 3rd period.
Next game for the Giants: This Wednesday in Portland at 7PM.
Next home game for the Giants: Wednesday, November 28th against the Moose Jaw Warriors at 7PM.
