Sydney - The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles announced today that they have recalled 18-year-old defensemen Billy Hartley.

Hartley was a free agent invitee at the Screaming Eagles 2011 training camp and played two games for the Screaming Eagles last season.

The 5'10" 178 lb Dartmouth native started the season with the Yarmouth Mariners of the Maritime Junior A hockey league. In 17 games with the Mariners, he recorded 5 goals, 6 assists, and 18 penalty minutes.

The Screaming Eagles depart on a 3 game road trip this week. They play Victoriaville Friday, Shawinigan Saturday, and Quebec on Sunday. The Screaming Eagles next home game is Wednesday, November 14th against the PEI Rocket.
