
COLD-FX and Storm Team up for the 2012-13 Season

Mississauga, Ontario The CHL's Guelph Storm and Canada's #1 selling adult cold remedy COLD-FX are teaming up in the pursuit of 2013 Memorial Cup. Company officials from the Guelph Storm and COLD-FX, (a brand within Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. s portfolio), are working out final details of the partnership as the 2012/2013 season quickly approaches.
According to Craig Stevenson, Senior Brand Manager for COLD-FX, "We're really excited to move forward with the partnership. COLD-FX has a strong heritage in hockey, and our relationship with the Storm builds on our commitment to this great Canadian sport. We look forward to an exciting season and to helping the team stay healthy as they focus on their ultimate goal - winning the Memorial Cup."
Although details are still being finalized, COLD-FX will have a significant presence within the Sleeman Centre and other high visibility areas. Interactive brand events are also in development and set to keep the fans delighted.
"COLD-FX has been used religiously by pro hockey players for a lot of years," says Storm Head Coach Scott Walker. "It's important to keep our players and staff healthy throughout the entire season, so COLD-FX is the perfect product for us. We're really excited about our new partnership."
