
Canucks Sign McEneny

The Vancouver Canucks announced today that the team has signed Kitchener Rangers defenseman Evan McEneny to a National Hockey League contract.
A native of Hamilton, Ontario, McEneny was the Rangers' second round pick in the 2010 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection and recorded four points in 44 games his rookie season. The 6-foot-2, 205 pound rearguard recorded two assists and a plus-three rating in two games in 2011-12 before being sidelined with an injury.
Undrafted, McEneny was invited to attend Vancouver's rookie development camp in July 2012.
