FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Fort Wayne TinCaps, in conjunction with Indiana's NewsCenter, are proud to announce the debut of "Sound Off With the TinCaps", a weekly 30-minute program which will give fans inside access to the team, replete with interviews, features and highlights. The first episode of the show will air on May 21st, live from Parkview Field, at 7:30 PM.
Hosted by INC's Tommy Schoegler, "Sound Off With the TinCaps", will be a must-watch for all TinCaps fans. The Fort Wayne roster features many of the top prospects in the San Diego Padres organization, and the show will provide glimpses of the team not seen anywhere else.
"We're thrilled to be able to give our fans something that very few teams in Minor League Baseball have-a weekly show dedicated to their hometown team," said TinCaps President Mike Nutter.
Along with Schoegler, fans will hear from Nutter, Manager Jose Valentin, and many others inside the team's front office and clubhouse."Sound Off With the TinCaps" will include behind the scenes features with the players as they embrace the Fort Wayne community and travel throughout the Midwest League. Select portions of the show will be aired on the video board before games at Parkview Field, and entire episodes will be available through XFINITY On Demand.
"After the success of "Sound Off With the Komets", we couldn't think of a better way to enhance the experience of the local sports fan than to bring a unique look into what goes on with the TinCaps," said Schoegler.
