Bulldogs Look Ahead to Hamilton Homecoming

This week, the Hamilton Bulldogs finish their 12-game road trip with a game against the Oklahoma City Barons (AHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers) TONIGHT, Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. EDT at Cox Convention Center. The 'Dogs then return home to Copps Coliseum to face off against the Rochester Americans (AHL affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres) on Saturday, April 7th, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. EDT. On Sunday, April 8th, 2012, the Bulldogs head to Toronto to take on their provincial rivals, the Marlies (AHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs), at 3:00 p.m. EDT at RICOH Coliseum.

The Hamilton Bulldogs will be honouring the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Basketball Championship-winning Mohawk Mountaineers on Saturday, April 7th, 2012 on First Ontario Night. Player of the gold final game Aminu Bello and Championship All-Star Manny Campbell will be performing the ceremonial puck drop.

At all Sunday Hamilton Bulldogs home games, fans can purchase a "Pizza Pizza Family Pack", which includes four tickets to the game and a $20.00 food and beverage voucher for only $60.00! Olivier Malka recorded his first goal of the season while Robert Mayer stopped 24 of the 27 shots he faced. Scott Timmins scored his 10th of the season and picked up an assist for the Rampage.

Travis Novak scored his first professional goal while Mark Mitera recorded his third of the season and the led the 'Dogs with nine shots. Robert Mayer made 28 saves to earn the win for Hamilton. Texas' Travis Morin netted his 11th goal of the season.

The Hamilton Bulldogs beat the Houston Aeros 3-2 at Toyota Center on Saturday, March 31st, 2012. Brian Willsie scored twice including the overtime game-winner, while Phillip Lefebvre recorded his fifth of the season. Robert Mayer made 22 saves on 24 shots for the Bulldog win. Houston's Nick Palmieri scored his seventh of the season and picked up an assist.

- Montreal C Tomas Plekanec set up a goal vs. the New York Rangers (Mar. 27) and scored vs. the Caps (Mar. 31).

- Montreal LW Max Pacioretty recorded an assist vs. the Panthers (Mar. 27), and another vs. the Capitals (Mar. 31).

- Vancouver C Maxim Lapierre scored a goal and picked up two assists vs. the Dallas Stars (Mar. 30) and found the back of the net vs. the Calgary Flames (Mar. 31).

- Nashville RW Andrei Kostitsyn recorded an assist vs. the Detroit Red Wings (Mar. 30) and another vs. the Chicago Blackhawks (Mar. 31).
