Amerks Fans Invited to Take Part in a "Teddy Bear Toss"

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans will hold a "Teddy Bear Toss" when the Amerks host the longtime rival Hershey Bears at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at The Blue Cross Arena.
Any fan that presents a new Teddy Bear at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office prior to Wednesday's game will be able to purchase a ticket in the best available seating location for just $10. There will also be a limited number of Teddy Bears available for fans to purchase for just $1.
Following the first goal scored by the Amerks, fans will be encouraged to "toss" their Teddy Bears onto the ice. The Teddy Bears will be collected and donated to Monroe Ambulance.
Fans that bring a Teddy Bear to toss or purchase one at the game will also be entered into a raffle and have the chance to win either an Amerks autographed team stick or suite tickets for an upcoming game.
