
Rampage Send Devin and Wilson to Cincinnati

SAN ANTONIO (January 5, 2012) - San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has reassigned forwards Joe Devin and Garrett Wilson to their ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.
Devin, 24, has skated in 17 games with the Rampage totaling one goal and one assist and scored his first AHL goal in his AHL debut on Nov. 5, 2011 helping the Rampage to a 6-1 victory vs. Toronto. The Scituate, Mass. native has appeared in 10 games with Cincinnati this season posting two goals and two assists. Devin played in 116 career collegiate games with Cornell University (ECAC) over the course of four seasons (2007-11) collecting 37 goals and 27 assists.
Wilson, 20, has appeared in 11 games with the Rampage this season scoring his first AHL goal on Dec. 6, 2011. He has skated in 17 games with the Cincinnati Cyclones where he has recorded eight goals and six assists. The Elmvale, Ontario native appeared in 191 career Ontario Hockey League (OHL) games collecting 94 goals and 89 assists split between the Owen Sound Attack (2008-11) and the Windsor Spitfire (2007-08). He was a member of the 2011 OHL Champion Owen Sound where he tallied 11 goals and 10 assists in 22 playoff games. Wilson was selected by the Florida Panthers in the fourth round, 107th overall, of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
The Rampage return to the AT&T Center tomorrow night to host the Texas Stars at 7 p.m. Tomorrow's game features a KZEP Dollar Drink Night in which fans can get draft beer and fountain soda for only $1.
