Oshawa Generals Pick up Picks

Oshawa, ON - December 8th, 2011 - Oshawa Generals General Manager Chris DePiero announced today that the Generals have picked up the Kitchener Rangers 4th round pick in 2012, 4th round pick in 2015, and a conditional 3rd round pick in 2017.

In return, the Generals have transferred the rights to defenseman Mitch Eden to Kitchener.

Eden was drafted by the Oshawa Generals in the 3rd round of the 2010 OHL Priority Selection, going 58th overall.

The native of Bracebridge, Ontario is currently playing for the Hunstville Otters of the OJHL. In 22 games played this season, Eden has 11 points with Huntsville.
