2011 Little League Softball World Champs Visit AEF Tonight

Clinton, IA - The Sterling All-Stars, champions of the recently-completed Little League Softball World Series in Portland, Oregon, will be honored prior to the Clinton LumberKings' game tonight at Alliant Energy Field. Head coach Eric Staples and his squad defeated Midway (Waco, Texas) 7-5 for the title on August 17.

The pregame celebration, part of Sauk Valley Night, will take place at 5:30 prior to the LumberKings' 6:00 PM game with Kane County.

Tickets are $7 for general admission, $8 for box seats. Students and seniors can purchase general admission seats for $5. To order tickets, call 563-242-0727 or visit www.lumberkings.com.
