Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The first-place IronPigs (64-49) play Game Two of a four-game series against the South's first-place Durham Bulls (62-48). With a 5-3 win last night, the Pigs improved to 2-2 on this season-long, 11-game road trip and increased their lead to 1.5 games in the North Division. Still, they've dropped six of their last eight contests following a five-game winning streak and are just 23-25 since June 16... The Bulls -- Tampa's top affiliate -- had their three-game winning streak snapped but have still posted a 12-6 record since July 17...
RHP Nate Bump (3-7, 5.27) will start for LHV against RHP Ryan Reid (1-0, 4.34).
First-pitch tonight is at 7:05 p.m.
With losses by PAW (5-4 vs. BUF in 10) and SWB (3-2 vs. LOU), the Pigs increased their lead to 1.5 and 4.0 games, respectively...
