
Wildcats take game one 6-3

Moncton Wildcats News Release
A four goal outburst in the third period led the Moncton Wildcats to a 6-3 win over the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in game one of Round One of the Presidents Cup playoffs, Friday night at the Coliseum.
Cape Breton lead 1-0 after the first, 3-2 after the second but could not stop the Cats scoring power in the final 20 minutes.
Kelsey Tessier notched the hat trick for Moncton while Randy Cameron had a pair and Daniel Pettertersson added a single for the victory. Taylor MacDougall, Nick MacNeil and Morgan Ellis were the Eagles goal getters.
Moncton out shot Cape Breton 44-34 over the game.
The two teams meet again Saturday night at the Coliseum in game two of the best of seven series.
