
Havoc Signs Schembri

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach Randy Murphy announced today that the team has signed forward Andrew Schembri.
Schembri (5-6, 170) played in 15 games earlier this season for the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees' of the CHL. He scored three goals and recorded three assists. He spent two seasons playing overseas where he scored 57 goals and recorded 87 assists in 101 games.
He played college at hockey the Ohio State University from 2003-2007. He saw action in 152 career games and scored 36 goals and recorded 59 assists for 95 total points. He also had 221 career penalty minutes. He also played one season of junior hockey in the OPJHL for the Mississauga Chargers and scored 19 goals and recorded 26 assists in 34 games.
The Havoc released forward Jordan Foote to made room for Schembri. Foote had played in 45 games and scored five goals and recorded four assists.
