MCALLEN, TEXAS - The NBA Development League Rio Grande Valley Vipers announced today that they have waived point guard Kenny Dawkins (5-9, 195, Lamar).
In eight games, Dawkins averaged 2.9 points, 1.9 rebounds and one assist in 10.6 minutes of action.
