Boshers Recalled to Salt Lake

SALT LAKE CITY (June 12, 2009) - The Salt Lake Bees announced today that the club has recalled left-handed pitcher Jeffrey "Buddy" Boshers to Triple-A Salt Lake from extended spring training.
Boshers, 21, appeared in five games for the Orem Owlz in 2008, owning a 5-0 record with a 2.68 ERA with 43 strikeouts. His first appearance with the Bees will be his Triple-A debut. The Huntsville, Ala. native was originally selected by the Angels in the fourth round of the 2008 draft.
The 35-26 Salt Lake Bees continue a four-game road series against the Reno Aces tonight at 8:05 p.m. and return home for a three-game series against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox on Monday, June 15 at 7:05 p.m. Book your summer group outing with the Salt Lake Bees while dates are still available by calling (801) 325-BEES.
