Long Island Ducks News Release

(Central Islip, N.Y., May 12, 2009) - The Long Island Ducks today announced that Tuesday, May 26, Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28, are "Unused Ticket Days" at Citibank Park. Due to inclement weather during some Ducks home games at the beginning of the season, the club is offering fans holding unused tickets the chance to exchange those tickets for ones of equal or lesser value at the Citibank Park Box Office, subject to availability.

"We value each of our fans, and want to make sure that everyone has a chance to come out and enjoy Ducks baseball," says Ducks general manager Michael Pfaff. "We're happy to extend this opportunity and hope to see all the fans who couldn't make it out to the games earlier in the season here at Citibank Park during our Unused Ticket Days."

Ticket holders interested in exchanging their unused tickets can do so by visiting the Citibank Park Box Office. Tickets can be exchanged for games on May 26, May 27 or May 28 against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. All games begin at 6:35 p.m., with gates opening at 5:35 p.m. A one dollar fee per ticket will be applied to account for the Suffolk County surcharge on all tickets.

The exchanging of tickets must be done at the Citibank Park Box Office, and cannot be done over the phone or via the Internet. For more information, please contact the ticket office at (631) 940-TIXX.
