Kalamazoo Wings News Release
Two of the hottest teams in the International Hockey League will face-off tonight as the Kalamazoo Wings battle the Port Huron Icehawks. The K-Wings enter the game on a two-game winning streak, while the Icehawks have seen the winner's circle in five straight games.
Building off momentum from last weekend, Kalamazoo travels into McMorran Place Arena riding a two-game winning streak. The K-Wings are also looking to avenge two losses to Port Huron two weeks ago, where the Icehawks outscored the K-Wings 9-1 over the course of the two encounters.
After going winless in their first four games of the season, Port Huron has rattled off victories in seven of their last eight contests. The Icehawks have been giving their fans a November to remember going 5-0-0-0 to start the month; the five-game winning streak is the longest current winning streak in the league.
