Sea Dogs Announce On-Sale Date For Holiday Ticket Packages

SAINT JOHN, NB --- Saint John Sea Dogs Ticketing Manager Shanna Aker announced today that the team will be going on sale with their annual Holiday Ticket Packages later this week.

Special Holiday 5 and 10-game flex packages will go on sale this coming Saturday, November 22 at 12:00pm noon at the Harbour Station Box Office. Star Sea Dogs centre Chris DiDomenico will be on hand to sign autographs for fans on Saturday afternoon beginning at 2:00pm. He will be joined by fellow Sea Dogs forward Alexandre Leduc.

Any fan purchasing a 10-game package on Saturday only will receive a free ticket to the Sea Dogs' Holiday Fun Game, which is scheduled to be played on Saturday, December 13 at 7:00pm versus Cape Breton.

The Holiday Fun Game will feature a variety of Christmas-themed promotions in addition to a guaranteed 50/50 jackpot of $5,000. Furthermore, the first 1,000 fans aged 14 and under in attendance on December 13th will receive a free Chris DiDomenico bobble head doll courtesy of Irving Oil.

Holiday Packages start at only $47.50 and enable fans to pick and choose whatever games they wish to attend in the second half of the 2008-09 season. More information on Sea Dogs Holiday Ticket Packages can be obtained by calling the team office at (506) 657-DOGS (3647).

In the wake of their successful road trip through Quebec which saw the team capture three victories in as many games played, the Sea Dogs are now only six points behind the Wildcats for top spot in the QMJHL Atlantic.
