
New York Red Bulls to ring closing bell at NASDAQ Monday

SECAUCUS, NJ (August 1, 2008) - The New York Red Bulls coaches and players will preside over the Closing Bell ceremony at The NASDAQ Stock Market on Monday, Aug. 4 at 4 PM ET. Sporting Director Jeff Agoos, Head Coach Juan Carlos Osorio, and over 20 Red Bulls including Jon Conway, Kevin Goldthwaite, Seth Stammler, and Dave van den Bergh are expected to help close Monday's day of trading at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the NASDAQ's famous seven-story electronic tower in Times Square, a digital display that wraps around the cylindrical NASDAQ MarketSite facility, providing up-to-minute financial news, market highlights and advertisements. There will also be a live webcast of the ceremony on NASDAQ's website.
The Red Bulls will be taking on Spanish La Liga powerhouse, FC Barcelona, on Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 7 PM at Giants Stadium. For tickets, call the Red Bulls at 1.877.RBSOCCER or log onto www.newyorkredbulls.com.
