Trenton took two of three in the series. The B-Mets dropped six of seven on the homestand.
After Trenton (12-9) took a 1-0 lead on Matt Carson's first-inning RBI double, the B-Mets (9-11) responded with two in the bottom of the inning off Chase Wright. Binghamton loaded the bases with no outs on base hits by Fernando Martinez, Jose Coronado and Daniel Murphy before Nick Evans grounded into a double play that scored Martinez. Coronado came in on Carp's base hit to center for a 2-1 B-Mets lead.
Cody Ehlers homered off Ruckle in the fourth to tie the score before Binghamton bounced back with two more runs in the bottom of the inning. Evans and Carp began the frame with back-to-back singles before Emmanuel Garcia singled in Evans. Carp scored on a throwing error for a 4-2 Binghamton advantage.

Brito (0-1) departed after Ehlers' RBI double in the eighth gave Trenton the lead. Pilittere and Chris Malec added run-scoring singles later in the inning, padding Trenton's lead to 7-4.
Binghamton got a run back in the bottom of the eighth. After Evans drew a one-out walk off Michael Gardner (2-1), Carp followed with a double to right-center that brought in Evans and cut Trenton's lead to 7-5. Trenton's Colin Curtis doubled in a run in the top of the ninth to cap off the scoring.
