JACKSONVILLE, FL - The Suns are back in action at the Baseball Grounds for a week-long homestand beginning Monday night! The Suns take on the Carolina Mudcats, Southern League affiliate of the Florida Marlins, through Friday, April 18!
The Suns return home on Monday, April 14 with the first Hall of Fame Photoball giveaway of the season. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a photoball featuring Hall of Fame pitcher and former Jacksonville Sun Nolan Ryan. This will be the first of five to commemorate Jacksonville baseball alumni inducted into the Hall of Fame and is presented by Comcast and 99.9 Gator Country. The first 500 fans will also receive a Town Planner wall calendar, courtesy of Town Planner. Monday is the first Church Bulletin Night of the year, where fans may bring in a church bulletin from the prior Sunday to receive a $5 discount off any regular-price ticket. Also, Sam's Club members and associates can show their ID cards at the box office to receive a $2 discount off any regular price ticket.
Tuesday night is Jackie Robinson Night, where the Suns will honor the Dodger legend. The first 2,000 fans will receive a commemorative #42 jersey lapel pin, presented by The Florida Star, V101.5 and 93.3 The Beat. Come out early and meet former Negro League player and teammate of Jackie Robinson, Jacksonville native Art Hamilton! Tuesday is also the first Fifty-Cent Family Feast Night, with $.50 hot dogs, peanuts and ice cream treats, courtesy of Blue Bell Ice Cream, Hampton Farms and Folio Weekly.
Wednesday afternoon is the first Businessperson Special game of the year, sponsored by Comcast and WOKV AM690 & 106.5 FM. Enjoy baseball in the SUNShine, where $14.00 will get a home plate box seat, a large hot dog and a large drink of choice.
Thursday night is the return of the ever-popular Thursday Night Throwdown! Enjoy Buds for a Buck, Bacardi specials for $2 and Three Olives for $3! Thursday Night Throwdown is sponsored by Budweiser, Bacardi, Three Olives Vodka and Planet Radio 107.3. Before the game, don't miss Tiger Eye Duncan and his World Champion Frisbee dogs, presented by City League International!
The homestand draws to a close on Friday with one of the biggest games of the year! Friday night is Family Faith Night with a postgame Christian concert featuring the Avalon Tribute Tour. This evening of faith and fellowship at the Baseball Grounds is sponsored by Comcast, 99.1 WQIK and Hallelujah 92.7. After the game but before the concert is Friday Family Fireworks, presented by NAPA Auto Parts and your local NAPA Autocare Center dealers. Also catch a show horse jumping presentation from City League International before the game!

Tickets are $6.00 for general admission, $9.00 for reserved seating and $12.00 for Homeplate Box seating. Sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available.
