LONDON, Ont. - Phil Varone and Jadran Beljo each scored a goal and three assists to lead the London Knights to a 7-0 win over the Erie Otters in an Ontario Hockey League game played tonight in front of 9,090 at the John Labatt Centre. Andrew Wilkins, Justin Taylor, Kevin Montgomery, Steve Tarasuk and Akim Aliu also scored for the Knights while Jhase Sniderman made 38 saves in the shutout victory. London ended a three-game losing streak with the win to improve to 37-24-4-2 on the season. The Knights led 1-0 after one and 4-0 heading into the third. London out shot the Otters 45-38 in the game as Shane Owen took the loss. The three stars of the game were all form the Knights. Beljo was the first, Sniderman the second and Varone the third.

The Otters close out the 2007-08 season tomorrow (Saturday) night at 7:30 p.m. when the Guelph Storm visit the Tullio Arena. It's Fan Appreciation Night presented by Erie Business Center with great prize giveaways throughout the game.
