
Hopper Returns To Kearney

KEARNEY - The Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League announced Thursday that goaltender Nick Hopper has been acquired from the Lincoln Stars for a conditional seventh round selection in the May 2008 USHL draft.
Hopper, who played for the Storm in 2004-05 and part of the 2005-06 season, has joined the team for practice and will be with the Storm for the team's road trip to Ohio this weekend. Hopper will wear number 30 for the Storm.
Hopper, originally from Culver City, Calif., played in 13 games for the Stars this season. He posted a 4-6-2 record with one of those wins being a 4-3 victory over Tri-City on Oct. 30.
