Arkansas Rivercatz News Release
PINE BLUFF, Ark. - The Arkansas RiverCatz will look to move to 8-3 Sunday when they meet the Mississippi Miracles in a 4:05 p.m. tip-off at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
For the contest, the RiverCatz are offering free admission to all Dollarway High School students with a current I.D. card. Dollarway is the alma mater of current RiverCatz player/coach Festus Hawkins
"Festus is one of many great athletes to come through Pine Bluff Dollarway," said RiverCatz general manager Keith Wilkerson. "This would be a way for us to honor Festus for his contributions and another way for us to give back to the people of Pine Bluff."
Sunday's game is also a part of Faith Day at the Convention Center. Faith Day allows families who bring in their church bulletin from that Sunday's service to receive half price admission into the game.
Regular price for adult general admission is $10. Cost for children between the ages of 6-14 is $6.50, while UAPB and high school students can enter for the same price with a current student identification card.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
